DocuSheeter NV roll feed system

Lasermax Roll Systems in tandem with Xerox developed the DocuSheeter NV. The DocuSheeter NV which consists of an unwind, cutter and sheet transport, feeds sheets to the Xerox Nuvera 100, 120 or 144 Digital Production Systems. It has got some amazing advantages:

All parts are mobile, modular, and concise and can dramatically improve workflow. They also use standard power.

It can cut sheets from a large 50'' diameter roll and feed them to the Nuvera when required. This will increase throughput while at the same time lowering downtime, paper costs and operator involvement.

A reliable sheet transport which feeds sheets into the leftmost feeder module of the Nuvera when required. No buffer means no waste when changing applications.

Flexibility: With the DocuSheeter NV, both 8.5 x 11 and 11 x 17 applications can be run from the same 11'' wide rolls. Similarly, both A4 and A3 applications can be run from the same 297mm wide rolls.

The unwind is user-friendly and has certain additional benefits like automatic decurling, no-lift roll mounting, and a self-centering design.
