With the Xerox DocuColor 240/250, you can print a wide variety of documents varying from as small a thing as a postcard to a tabloid as big as 13'' x 19''. The DocuColor 240/250 can also print on a wide variety of substrates including Xerox DuraPaper, labels, transparencies and much more.

Scalability:
The regular sheet capacity is a surprising 3260 sheets. More sheets can be added with the Xerox DocuColor's optional high capacity feeders. This will ensure continuous operation. The High Capacity Feeder and the Oversize High Capacity Feeder can accept 2000 sheets of 8.5 x 11'' /A4 paper and 13 x 19''/ SRA3 media respectively.
The Xerox DocuColor 240/250 also has a wide range of finishing options including an Advanced Finisher with a capacity for 3500 sheets, a Professional Finisher with folding and saddle-stitch booklet making features, and an easy to handle stapler and offset catch tray.
To destroy data from copies and prints, a disk cleaning procedure can be initiated.
