Faxing: The Magicolor 2590MF includes 4 MB of fax memory, 9 one-touch dials, broadcast, group dial and 100 speed dials. If you have a PC fax modem, you can utilize the FaxTalk Communicator to both fax documents and accept faxed digital documents at the PC. You can also annotate any faxes before printing or sending them.

Copying: The Magicolor 2590MF allows for customized and convenient copying. You can copy originals sized a maximum of 8.5'' x 14'' from the automatic document feeder or flatbed glass. The quality of a copy can be enhanced by adjusting resolution, quality mode, and lightness or density.
